4. Pre-Pilot R&D Status

VARIE Industries is currently in a pre-pilot research and development phase. Performance metrics, capabilities, accuracy figures, and timelines described on the Site reflect engineering goals and design targets, not guaranteed production performance. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a commercial offer, contract, or warranty.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded third-party content (such as video demonstrations). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by those sites' own terms and policies.

6. Advertising
